Use Codex, Claude Code, Cursor Agent, or another supported agent already installed and signed in on your Mac.

Add a key for a supported model provider. Skyflo keeps it in your macOS Keychain.

Managed inference

The managed model catalogue on a monthly allowance, with Core, Pro and Max.

Key custody: BYOK credentials stay in the macOS Keychain. Provider-direct lanes use your provider account. Managed inference is metered separately.

First mission

Install to first review report.

Register the checkouts, hand over one objective, approve the plan, and read what comes back.

    Connect

    Register the Git checkouts the objective touches. The mission opens read-only.

    Give the objective

    One sentence. Discovery reads the registered checkouts it reaches and drafts one plan across them.

    Approve the plan

    Plan mode blocks the turn. Nothing is implemented until you approve the boundary.

    Read the report

    A review report from an agent that cannot edit, plus what the mission taught Skyflo for next time.

Choose the build for your Mac and unpack Skyflo Desktop.

02Install

Move Skyflo to Applications, open it, and complete one-time activation with a free Skyflo account.

03Check access

Skyflo finds supported signed-in coding agents automatically. Add a Moonshot or Z.ai key only if you need one.

04Run

Start a bounded local mission and read the work and review report it produces.

01What can the current Desktop build do?+

It can hold persistent missions, block on plan approval, delegate isolated specialists, use browser and terminal surfaces, and run monitors and automations. It also learns from completed missions, turns workflows proven in two repositories into Skills, and records every change it makes to itself where you can revert it.

Agents run on your Mac using your repositories and local credentials.

03What model access do I need?+

Skyflo checks for supported coding agents already signed in on your Mac. You can also add a key for a supported model provider. Managed model access and Voice Mode come with a paid plan. See the plans.
